Managing Director
With over 19 years of experience in designing and supplying innovative products for geological and exploration markets across Africa and globally, Grant’s expertise is evident in the cutting-edge solutions UCP Africa provides. His passion for client service is a core value at UCP Africa. After successfully launching start-ups for international corporations in the African mining industry, Grant founded Unique Core Products Africa (PTY) Ltd in 2014.
Markus Brits
Operations Manager
Markus recently joined the UCP Africa team, bringing over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. His extensive background spans Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and Project Management within the mining, petrochemical, metal, and chemical industries.
Markus’s keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service track record make him a valuable addition to the UCP Africa team.

Adrian Crawford
Geologist
Holding a BSc in Geology from the University of Pretoria, he has over 2 years of experience working with gold deposits in Zimbabwe and Tanzania, covering both mining and exploration aspects. He served as the head of the Geological Department at Horn Mine in Zimbabwe, where he also gained experience managing the gold processing plant.
