His passion for client service is something integral in UCP Africa. Having completed start-ups for international corporations to serve the African mining industry, Grant started Unique Core Products Africa (PTY) Ltd in 2014.

Megan has earned multifaceted experience in exploration and mining geology in southern and central Africa over a vast variety of commodities. Megan's consulting background has provided vital experience to fit into a broad range of roles in any team. 

Jan Peyper
Operations Manager

Jan has 27 years of experience in the manufacture and supply of geological products for the African industry. He is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working specifically in the mining & metals industry. Skilled in Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, External Sales, Process Control, Training Facilitation, Outcome Based Assessment,Root Cause Analysis, and Management. Jan has been a valuable individual working with UCP Africa since 2015.

Tshego Majane
Geologist BSc. Geology (Hons)

With a sound background in consulting for mining and exploration companies Tshego’s work experience comprises various greenfield and brownfield projects in West Africa and Southern Africa respectively. Having worked with various deposits and commodities such as Coal; Gold; Phosphates; Chrome and PGMs; Lithium, Caesium, and Tantalum. Tshego’s 5 year’s experience in community engagement, exploration geology, mining geology, geotechnical engineering and project management allows him to provide a unique perspective in any multidisciplinary team.
